Rising Stars: SPRING Music Showcase 2020

  • Saturday, April 4th, 7:00pm – performers called 15 minutes early
  • Entry deadline: Saturday, March 21st
  • Entry fee: $15 (free for Starlight students)
  • Group rehearsal: Friday, April 3rd, 7:00pm @ Starlight Studios
  • Please refrain from wearing the following: tank tops, shorts above the knee, open-toed shoes, dangling jewelry, or imagery inappropriate for a family-oriented environment.
  • Photos and video will be taken for our records and may be shared on social media.

You may select up to 2 pieces by default. They must be under 4 minutes in length. Pieces chosen must be family friendly in their entirety, and must be approved by the Music Department Director (and your teacher if you are a Starlight student) prior to the entry deadline. Choices are first-come first-served. If there is a duplicate you may be asked to make a different selection.
Accompaniment must be submitted to Starlight Studios prior to the entry deadline. You may bring in a physical copy, or you may email an attachment to sarah@tracystars.com. Written accompaniment will be played by one of Starlight’s music teachers. If one of the performers in your group will be accompanying instead, please select “I plan to perform without accompaniment.” Choices are first-come first-served. If there is a duplicate you may be asked to make a different selection.
While we cannot guarantee everyone’s desired spot in the program lineup, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
